Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return only if they are received damaged, defective or incorrect. Returned products must remain unused and in their original packaging.
Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers may be required to provide product photos or videos.
- Requests submitted after the allowed period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and fragrance safety reasons, opened or used perfumes, attars, essential oils and incense products are generally non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges may be available only for damaged or incorrect items depending on stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
